Finance & Insurance Manager Position Available

Our large volume metro Detroit Ford dealership has an opening for an experienced full-time automotive Finance and Insurance Manager.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Handle F&I aspects of car deals.

• Assist with desking and closing of deals and F&I offerings.

• Assist customers with arranging the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience

• Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals

• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts and follow up diligently with any stipulations

• Maintain department goals and objectives; log and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Be able to prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals as needed.

• Accurately audit deals Post-Sale to ensure compliance.

• Maintain top customer satisfaction ratings and excellent customer service.

• Implement accountability measures for sales consultants.

• Comply with all legal regulations and maintain F&I compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS include but not limited to:

• Prior experience in automotive retail.

• Strong work ethic.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability

• Knowledgeable of title laws and registration process

• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position

• Basic MS Office, computer software and internet usage.

• Excellent verbal / written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Our high volume and award-winning Ford dealership has an opening in our New Vehicle Sales Dept. for an individual who is a self-starter, highly motivated and has the desire for commissioned car sales.

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.

Sales process and essential dealership management systems training will be required throughout employment.

Requirements: Professional appearance. Steady work history. Prior experience in sales.

Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
